*Profit sharing details can be explained more thoroughly upon arrival at the farm. Everyone on a salary participates in this same model, with a % pegged on the total work assigned to them throughout the financial year. We all rise and fall together based on the outcome of the season. The season planning is complex, and something we invite people entering their 3rd season with us to fully participate in.
